1. Who we are and what these terms cover

These terms govern your use of the website at optitor.com (the “site”), operated by 3-102-954669 Sociedad de Responsabilidad Limitada (“optitor”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The optitor software, the console and the co-signer app are provided under a separate agreement between optitor and the organization that deploys them. Nothing on this site forms part of such an agreement or creates one.

2. Information on the site

The site describes the optitor platform, its design and its current status. We work to keep it accurate, but it is provided for general information only and may change without notice. optitor is currently in its testnet phase; capabilities described as planned or pending are not yet available in production. Nothing on the site is financial, legal, tax or investment advice, or an offer to provide custody or any regulated service.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the site in breach of any law, or to infringe anyone's rights;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, our systems or any optitor deployment;
  • interfere with the site's operation, including through automated load or denial-of-service activity;
  • misrepresent your identity or your affiliation with optitor.

Security research is welcome when it follows our vulnerability disclosure guidelines.

4. Intellectual property

The site, its content and the optitor name, logo and other brand elements belong to optitor or its licensors. You may view and share pages from the site for your own information, but you may not copy, modify or reuse its content or brand elements for any other purpose without our written permission.

5. Links to other sites

The site may link to websites and services we do not control, such as app stores. We are not responsible for their content or practices; their own terms and policies apply.

6. Disclaimers

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, about the site, including its accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, optitor is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
